IEC Announces 2023 National Board of Directors and Executive Committee 

Arlington, VA February 13, 2023 – IEC, Independent Electrical Contractors, is pleased to announce the 2023 members of the National Board of Directors. Coming from years of electrical background and service to IEC, the new board members provide years of experience and leadership to help bring the association to new heights. 

With the leadership of the 2023 President, Cecil Leedy, the board of directors will manage all aspects of IEC, determine policies, and approve budgets and financial activities. The board includes the Executive Committee, Regional Directors from each of IEC’s five regions, one Industry Partner representative, IEC’s Executive Director, and the chair of the Executive Director’s Council. 

The 2023 National Board of Directors includes Cecil Leedy, President (LEW Electrical Services); Bruce Kohan, Treasurer (Kohan-Allen Electric, Inc.); Donald Hulsey, Vice President (Hulsey Electric); Billy Ross Hill, Secretary (Hill Electric); Troy Corrigan, Immediate Past-President (Corrigan Electric); Thayer Long, Executive Director of IEC. 

Regional Directors from each of the five regions see new leadership for 2023. With all directors being long-time IEC members and heavily involved in the industry, chapters in the region will receive exceptional leadership. The regional directors include:
