LMS/CMS/Regional Proposals Change Request Form

The LMS/CMS Task Force meets quarterly to review, prioritize, and recommend proposed changes to the A&T Committee. Implementation of proposed changes is based on several factors including cost, time required, and overall benefit to chapters.

Please use this form to submit curriculum errata, regional proposals, and CMS/LMS change requests.
