OSHA Has Withdrawn Its Vaccine-or-Testing ETS The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has withdrawn its emergency temporary standard (ETS), which would have required large businesses to ensure employees are vaccinated against the coronavirus or undergo weekly COVID-19 testing. Nonetheless, OSHA is moving forward with its proposal to issue a permanent standard. You can read more about the latest updates here. |

| OSHA Reminds Employers to Submit Required 2021 Injury and Illness Data The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has issued a statement reminding employers* that the agency began collecting the calendar year 2021 Form 300A data on January 2, 2022. Employers must submit the form electronically by March 2, 2022. More information can be found here. *Electronic submissions are required by establishments with 250 or more employees currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses. |
