Instructions for ACE Submittal

The American Council on Education's (ACE) College Credit Recommendation Service (CREDIT) periodically evaluates the IEC Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program and makes recommendations on how many hours may be applied as college credit. ACE recommends that graduates of the IEC program be awarded 41 semester hours of college credit.

To receive the accreditation, the 2019 Student Registration and ACE College Credit form must be filled out by the local chapter and sent to IEC National, along with a check for $65.00 (made out to IEC National). The form is to be signed by a chapter representative indicating that they certify the accuracy of the information provided.

ACE Transcript Instructions

Your successful completion of the IEC Apprenticeship program qualifies you to join the ACE CREDIT Registry and Transcript Service and request an official transcript to be sent to an institution or organization of your choice - or to yourself.
