The IEC Foundation hosts the Golf Tournament each year during the IEC Convention & Expo. It’s a great time to network with fellow IEC members and support the future of the electrical industry.

The tournament will be held at the Hillcrest Country Club, on a course designed in the mid-1920’s by famed course architect Bill Diddel. The tree-lined course, bentgrass tees, lush fairways, and vibrant greens make up one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in the area.

Kick off the IEC Convention & Expo 2018 at The Tin Roof. Enjoy live music, tasty food, great beer, and an eclectic environment. You’ll have the chance to reunite with old friends or make some new ones. IEC will recognize its 2018 Emerging Leaders during the Welcome Reception.

 

 

College Night

For just a $20 contribution to the Political Education Fund (PEF), attendees will have the opportunity to tour the NCAA Hall of Champions. Located just a short walk from the Indianapolis Convention Center, the Hall of Champions is a unique venue that includes twenty-four interactive kiosks (one for each NCAA sport), a seventy-seat theater that shows a short film on the Student Athlete, a half-court basketball gym, and two large simulators where there are up to five different sports to play.

Drink tickets and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

Apparel from your favorite college or university is recommended but not required

The Platinum Partner Party is always one of the most anticipated events of the week! This year's theme is A Night in the French Quarter. Wear your New Orleans inspired attire and join the IEC Platinum Partners for a Big Easy style party. There will be plenty of savory foods, signature cocktails, fun games, music, performances and cool prizes.

All spouses and guests of attendees are invited to visit the Newsfield Museum of Art and have lunch at their cafe. This will be a fun experience that gives you the chance to discover the art and beauty of Indianapolis. Roundtrip transportation from the host hotel will be provided.

The LiveWires is an energetic group that gets together during every IEC National Meeting. They plan events geared toward spouses and guests including tours, meals, shopping trips, and much more. The LiveWires also hold an annual silent auction during the IEC Convention & Expo 2018.

  • Industry Achievement Award
  • Chapter Executive Director of the Year

We will also be swearing in our 2019 National Board, elected earlier during the week of IEC Convention and Expo 2018.
