YR 3 Updates and Changes and Q&A Eaton Video	Paul Dolenc, Chrissy Skudera, Curriculum Development Group (CDG) and A&T Representatives	This session will discuss the changes that occurred to the four-year curriculum. The highlights will include the reorder of YR 3, the changes to printreading in YR 2 and proposed changes that will occur to YR 4 this year. There will also be an update on the new test bank program. Finally, the session will end with a video Eaton provided, relating to training.
ATP Tour and CMS Sessions (Group 1) & Glen M. lab and hands on session	Adam Schuldt and CMS Team, Glen Mazur	Spend time with ATP’s CMS team to learn best practices in how to use the CMS as an instructor. Come with questions to seek answers to make sure you can optimize this system for the fall. Also learn about the exciting changes and improvements that have been made this year. Glen, who is the author of the Electrical Motor Controls textbook will provide troubleshooting strategies for all instructors and chapters. This will be a hands-on session, which was very popular at our last instructor conference!
Best Practices YR 1 Instructors Best Practices YR 3 Instructors	TBD	This session is meant for all of the Year 1 and Year 3 instructors. During this session instructors will share best practices, while discussing the challenging lessons.

Adult Style Learning: Classroom management and expectations for CMS and classroom	Meredith Balmforth	Receive practical approaches to adult style learning and best practices in using a virtual CMS class vs. a traditional classroom training. Discuss expectations, Instructor motivation and support.
Code Update (2023) and Learning	Ryan Jackson	Ryan Jackson is the author of IEC's Comprehensive Guide to the NEC and the Complete Guide to the 2023 NEC®. He has also visited chapters to conduct NEC training. This session will provide greater context to the 2023 NEC®, while addressing any and all code related questions!
Recap and Closing General Session	Paul Dolenc, A&T Representatives and ATP and Eaton Representatives	Before the conference ends, IEC National Staff, A&T representatives, our meeting sponsors (ATP and Eaton) and others would like to recap many of the items covered during this conference, while providing everyone a sneak-peak to what is coming soon. Questions and feedback will be welcomed during this session.
