Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) is pleased to announce the inaugural cohort of its new IEC Emerging Leaders Program, commencing in April 2021.
The IEC Emerging Leaders Program is a six-month leadership development experience for outstanding professionals with substantiated leadership potential in the electrical and systems contracting industry.
“IEC is committed to advancing the potential and leadership development of our members, and we created the IEC Emerging Leaders Program for this purpose,” said RaeShawn Crosson, interim EVP/CEO, IEC. “We look forward to working with the inaugural program cohort and to observing as their careers and success advance through hard work, commitment, and all they will learn through this program.”
The first cohort will explore a multitude of topical areas designed to enhance their leadership skills in the industry, including government affairs, advocacy, safety, leadership development diversity and inclusion, human capital management, industry partnerships, time management, public speaking, and more.
