What is the IEC PEF?
The IEC Political Education Fund (PEF) helps promote the legislative and political interests of IEC. Funds are used in a variety of ways to include providing issue education materials for IEC members and the public, memberships in Washington business groups and coalitions, and to help raise funds for PRIDE PAC, IEC’s Political Action Committee.
Who can contribute to the IEC PEF?
Anyone can contribute to the IEC PEF. You do not have to be an IEC member to contribute.
What kind of funds can be donated to the PEF?
An individual or company can contribute funds from whatever source it chooses. The contribution can be expensed but it cannot be deducted from taxes.
How much can be donated to the PEF?
Unlimited. There are no limitations to the amount that can be donated to the PEF.
What is the PEF Patriot Sponsorship program?
The PEF Patriot Sponsorship program is a recognition program for IEC member companies and chapters that demonstrate significant financial support for IEC's political activities.
What are the benefits for becoming a PEF Patriot?
PEF Patriot sponsors receive recognition at IEC National's Business Summit, Policy Conference, IEC Convention, and in Capitol Connection, IEC's monthly Government Affairs newsletter.

Platinum - $3,000

What are the benefits of a Platinum Plus Sponsorship?
PEF Patriots that sponsor at the Platinum Plus level have the additional option to access IEC’s state legislative and regulatory tracking service.
