The IEC Instructor's Resources is an area for IEC Instructors currently using IEC's four-year apprentice curriculum or other continuing education programs. As the teachers for the future leaders of the electrical industry, IEC wants to ensure that Instructors have all of the tools they need to properly guide a classroom.
These pages also provide Instructors the ability to enhance their overall teaching methodology through the use of developed Instructor Training modules along with the ability to conduct their teaching online through a blended approach. More importantly, new this year, Instructors will have access to IEC’s online bookstore and curriculum.
The links to the right are password protected and are intended only for IEC Instructors, Training Directors, and other identified IEC members. If you do not have login credentials, please have your chapter Executive Director or Training Director e-mail a request for login information for the instructor, along with the instructor's personal e-mail address, to Lysa Egly at email@example.com.
If you have suggested changes for the Apprentice Curriculum or want to see a list of updates for the 2017-18 edition, please visit the Errata section.

NEW IEC INSTRUCTORS
Welcome to the IEC Family! As a new IEC Instructor, you will have two different user names and passwords to keep track of.
1) IEC Website User Name and Password Login Credential – will allow you to access to the secure pages on the IEC website. You would have used it to get to this Instructor Resource secure page under the TRAINING tab, to get to worksheets, Power Points and labs that you can use for your own class.
Important Note: The material located here is the property of IEC and is to be used for IEC training purposes only. Please do not share any of this information with anyone outside of IEC.
2) Instructor Training LMS Online Site Access Code and User Name and Password Credential – If you are taking the Instructor Training Level 1 course, you will also get a second set of login credentials when you go onto the online LMS training site. First, you are issued an access code to get onto the site and then you will receive a user name and password to revisit the site and finish up your training. This is not housed on the IEC website, but on its own site. You can go back onto the site as many times as necessary to complete your units and for up to one year.
