Project Management Program

Specially designed for project managers and those on track to becoming a project manager, this 2-day course will prepare you to become a project manager and utilize your skills more efficiently.

Day 1 – Back to Basics
Master the basic skills of project management, such as pre-construction planning, scheduling, change orders, and more!

Day 2 – Back to the Future
Learn how to adopt and utilize the latest technology to increase a project manager's effectiveness.

$700 per person. If you register for both IECCon17 and the Project Management Program, then the total comes to $1450.

This is your chance to test your knowledge and stand out among your peers. Submit your application today and add your name to the growing list of CPEs.

Written Exam - Tuesday, October 24
Practical Exam - Saturday, October 28

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. Full refunds will be issued for written cancellations received by 8/11/17. Cancellations received between 8/12/17 and 10/2/17 will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee per registrant. No refunds will be given on or after 10/3/17, except for documented medical emergencies. No fee for substitutions.
